Fabulous stay at Point Break.
Waking up each morning to that incredible view across the whole bay was something really special, and it set the tone for a completely relaxing week. It’s such a peaceful spot, yet everything you want is within easy reach.
A solid 5 star stay for us. We’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Point Break. The property was spotless on arrival and felt really welcoming. The interiors are modern, comfortable, and designed with care — everything you need is there, from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of space to relax. The location couldn’t be better, with Saunton beach just moments away, and the views were simply stunning.
It exceeded our expectations and offered great value for money. We’ll definitely be booking again.

"It's much better than the photos! The views are amazing, and the one call we had to make was such an easy sort out. It's so clean. If you are coming from the USA like we did, you have to turn on a switch on the wall first to turn on the stove, and a different one for the cooktop. Also, the plug in the sink in the master bathroom has no chain, so when you poke your finger in, it tips sideways. Seems like a normal thing, but we spent about twenty minutes trying to figure out how to get the water out... lol... but other than that, it's perfect! I could live there the rest of my life..."

Beautiful view and peaceful beach great for surfing, body boarding or walking. Duplex is stylish, practical, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent all around.

“Fantastic week away - probably the best weeks break in UK yet... Faster WiFi would be a great help, other than that - amazing. The view every morning was incredible, the dog thought he gone to heaven with the beach walk every morning, and the kids loved their adventures outside every day. Accommodation was first class, lovely finishing touches on arrival and great parking.”

Enjoyed a lovely week here at Ocean point, weather has been great!! Apartment is beautiful.. to match the views, lovet he little path down to the beach as it comes in handy for that short later night walk!
dogs love the beach & like the convenience of the washing station outside, to wash those sandy paws
would like to return one day, Definitly recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the area!
the apartment is very tidy and welcoming. We've enjoyed many drinks sat on the patio! We'd like to retun here and and Angus & Mitzy would too!!

Back for our third year running at Ocean Point and could not resist two weeks this time! As always, beautiful apartment, clean and very well equipped.
Love exploring the north Devon coast but to be honest, with the weather we.ve had these two weeks not wanted to go anywhere except up and down the beach several times a day

A lovely place to stay with brilliant and close access to the beach. Handy that dog are welcome too. Our hosts were easily contactable and helpful. We would easily book again.

First rate apartment with amazing views over Saunton Sands. The apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms being downstairs is great as we have sat out on the terrace watching the world go by on the beach! The weather is being kind and we enjoyed eating out on the terrace too. Easy access to the beach which is better than we had expected. The dogs love it! Our 12 year old daughter has been body boarding and the apartment also has a selection of wet suits to loan which is great. Overall would def recommend as the extra touches make the holiday even more special. A big thanks for the Prosecco and chocolates on arrival ..... Excellent place to stay.

The apartment was every thing claimed, the décor, furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms first class, and when it was claimed to have satellite TV I am always a little sceptical but there it was and for a cricket lover the icing on the cake. Will definitely be coming again.

Apartment
We stayed with our 2 children aged 11 and 13 and our dog. Had booked apartment mainly because the beach is dog friendly. The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully decorated and furnished. However the best thing of all was the magnificent uninterrupted view of the beach from all windows - bliss.
Beach
Pathway direct from apartment to beach. Wide, sandy beach which gently slopes into the sea. Plenty of room for everyone with their surf/body boards and their dogs. Showers/loos/shop by beach.
Downsides: none. We will be back.

Stayed at this apartment with my husband, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs for October half term.Point Break is one of 16 apartments - only 2 years old I believe - and absolutely stunning. Very modern decor with added benefits of free wi-fi and sky TV - which is useful for when it rains (as it often does in Devon!). A welcome pack was provided which included a bottle of champagne, strawberries, clotted cream and scones, sweets for the kids and treats for the dogs - a very nice touch.The apartment was very dog friendly - the balcony had a gate so dogs could not escape.Just a few minutes walk down to Saunton Sands which was fantastic for dog walking.The apartment also has its own locker room which has a selection of wet suits and body boards which came in handy and lots of fun was had in the sea, even in the rain.

Fantastic location overlooking Saunton Sands itself. Very modern apartment with good facilities. Lovely welcome pack, even something for our dog. I am happy to recommend this property to anyone, suffice to say we will be going back.
